Three Days and Two Nights Group Building Tour - Craftsmanship Tuco, All Forces Conquer Together

At the beginning of July, 14 people from Shanghai Tomac Tools Company went to Lin'an Bainiu Town for group building. When the three cars set off, the tacit understanding flowed between the inventory of materials and vehicle inspection, and the car was full of expectations, writing a warm footnote for the journey.

On the rafting field, the old staff to teach new employees to wear life jackets, rubber boat shaking when the helping hand to help each other, paddle passing between the flow of warmth, joy through the mutual assistance. On the way up, the front team took the initiative to lead the way, the back team waited patiently, helped in time, and handed out the supplies prepared in advance for the partners with insufficient physical strength. Adhering to the belief that “no one should be left behind”, we worked hand in hand to make the team's cohesion more and more solid in the trekking.

After descending from the mountain, traveled together in the ancient town, backtracked the stream and had fun together, held hands to prevent slippery, and touched the fish with constant laughter. At the wrap-up meeting, all of us felt the warmth of helping each other, and the team's image was clear in every little bit.

During the three-day and two-night trip, 14 people measured the dimension of unity with their footsteps. When the caravan left Bainiu Town, in addition to the wet hiking shoes in the trunk, there was a precious collective memory.
